Milestone Infrastructure

Apprenticeships Level 4-6

PATHWAY TO YOUR FUTURE

Level 4 - 6
Higher & Degree Apprenticeships

These apprentices are aimed at post-A-Level (or equivalent). Whether you're interested in a business, technical or construction career, you'll have the chance to shape your future at Milestone Infrastructure. You will be hired as an apprentice with us on a permanent contract, rather than a temporary contract which is typical for most other employers. In addition, we pay apprentices competitive salaries over the national minimum wage apprenticeship rate.

Typical duration for these apprenticeships can be between 1 – 5 years depending on the programme you apply for. During your apprenticeship, you will also work towards being professionally accredited with a relevant professional body. Best of all you could earn a degree without having any student debt! On completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive a one-off qualification award payment to recognise your hard work.

“My team has been supportive and is always willing to answer any questions I might have. If you are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship, I'd recommend it as an avenue worth considering. It allows you to step out of your comfort zone and acquire new skills while experiencing university alongside work.” “An apprenticeship gives experience that you could never get from studying full-time. The senior staff have been great with creating additional time for me to study and my self-confidence in my ability has dramatically improved as I’ve taken every opportunity given to me. The knowledge gained from colleagues is invaluable.”
