Milestone Infrastructure

Ex Armed Forces

PATHWAY TO YOUR FUTURE

We are proud to support the Ex-Armed Forces community including Veterans, Reservists and Wounded, Injured and Sick Veterans. The skills and experience you'll have picked up in the Forces are easily transferable to the kind of work we do here.

The accumulation of multiple Armed Forces Defence Employee Recognition Scheme (ERS) awards across the Group has resulted in M Group Services and our operating businesses receiving the Gold award.

We already employ a number of Ex-Armed Forces personnel and reservists and actively engage with the Armed Forces community through our collaboration with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), the official Ministry of Defence (MoD) provider of Armed Forces resettlement support.

The transition to a new career is often challenging. Still, across our portfolio of businesses, we have people across a range of occupations and locations who have already made the transition successfully with us and are just waiting to help you too.

If you want to make the best use of the skills you gained in the forces, are a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a desire to work with a customer-focused organisation, then we want to hear from you.
